TIME: 8pm - 55min weekly classes. Progressive format. Teachers onsite from 7:30pm.

CLASS LEVELS: You must complete Beg 2 to join IMPROVER 1. (very limited exceptions) If unsure of your level, please discuss with teacher.

DRINKS: Sorry! No bar on premise, please bring your own water bottle.
